My conclusion from this: I need to talk to my hubby, and implement a scaled back version of what I was (trying) to do, which was so confusing and overwhelming is wasn’t working at all.
I need to go back and start simple, go gluten free for awhile. And THEN think about other things that may need to be cut out.
