I have Hashimoto's Thyroiditis, and I am also a journalist.  I am researching the coordination of care for women (between the ages of 50 and 65, preferably) coping with chronic illness, and I am interested in hearing comments about the care you've received from your teams of doctors.  Would you be willing to share with me your thoughts about how well your different doctors are coordinating your care, and whether any communication problems have led to faulty diagnosis, conflicting advice or missed opportunities in terms of preventive care? Or, do you ever feel overwhelmed (emotionally, physically, financially), with all the various doctor visits required? I'm especially interested in hearing from people who are juggling multiple chronic illnesses, such as diabetes and heart failure, or cancer, along with an autoimmune disorder.  Thank you very much.
