Here's that letter to NAET patients warning of doctors who claim they are NAET specialist but are really doing things in addition or partly NAET. The NAET website lists the amount of training in NAET a doctor has had. If they aren't on her website, I would question their adherence to the proven methods in the NAET protocol.

Hope this helps.

Hi Mo, interesting suggestion and as a matter of fact I got connected to share with you all a tiny experiment I decided to run on my own:

I STOP oroxine for 5 days and 'miracously' my bum and front bit were healed!!!! ....so in my next visit to the GP I am going to say: forget about the dermatologist and put me on the desicated one. Even if I have to import it.

I am visiting a friend who is an inspiration for me. She has cancer which she has managed to 'control' through a strict diet + meditation!!

So ..i'm learning and reading about meditating because I'm convinced I'll bit Hashi and Fibroids!

I'll keep you posted.

Cheers,

Dear all,

I have to start my expressing my concern as Mo has not been active writing. I really hope she's doing fine.

As promised...my updates:

Told GP I refuse to visit a dermatologist as I think it's a waste of $$...so guess what??
He (new doc) considers I can start decreasing the dose of oroxine...so I'm taking half than before. In about 6 weeks time more blood tests should show something.

Continuing with my acupuncture treatment but he (acupuncturist) found that my iodine levels where slightly slow...so I"m taking a drop in a glass of water everyday.....

That's is so far..

hoping you're all working positively for your bodies!

Cheers,
Egypt

Hello Egypt,

I'm sorry I have not updated lately. I've had company and have been traveling.

Are you still having side effects from the Oroxine? I thought you had gone off of it. I am glad you can reduce it. I hope that helps clear some symptoms up.

I also needed to supplement with Iodine in June. I should probably get rechecked to see if my levels are good. I am currently getting ready to supplement Vit. E and B-Complex. I had a "set-back" in my cat allergies. When they were outdoors, I was fine (which was new for me - previously, I could not even touch a cat) but after some circumstantial changes, they must either live indoors or we need to get rid of them! So I am battling asthma (life-long cat allergy) and due to the years of cat induced asthma, I have a lot of combination treatments (NAET) to do. I am currently fighting this. I am already seeing signs of my asthma improving but the goal is to not have any if I want to keep the cats. So, I will have quite a story to post if or even, if I don't, clear this hurdle. I am remaining optimistic but it has been affecting my productivity in my life lately. I hope to give a good report soon. I am doing 2 treatments per week in hopes that the treatments will eventually be effective enough to make a decision to keep the cats.

There is a NAET doctor who is a poster on this site. If she happens to be reading this, I would LOVE her recommendations!

Egypt: I am so grateful you posted. When the board is "quiet", I tend to think no one will read my post. I should just keep posting. There is a lot of good information on the net. I will post (or maybe re-post) one of my favorite websites on energy healing and the explaination of it.

Take care and keep me posted.

Dear dear dear dear all!!!

Today I'm so happy to tell you that my antibodies are going down!!!!
FYI - the thyroids antiboides are between 0-49. Mine were 329 when I was diagnosed and today I was told they are 88!!! I am jumping on a toe and willing to work more to be Hashi-free!!! So please believe more in your bodies and mind than in your doctors!!! They are just a tool in our process, that's how I see them.

Have a nice day,

Egypt

VERY, VERY, VERY EXCITING! I'M SO PROUD OF YOUR PERSISTENCE! Keep up the faith and the hard work... it is obviously paying off. I hope to hear that you have even less antibodies in the near future (or none!). Smiley

Whoooo Hoooooo!

Talk to your GYN about Lichen Sclerosis...It give you this horrible rash, I called it my diaper rash, it would come and go, but it will eventually "eat you up" down there.  It's treated with a steroid cream, nothing else works, called clobetasol propianate (sp?)  That will give you a lot of relief...The lichen sclerosis is indicitive of a hormal imbalance that can be caused by hoshimoto's...yes I have hoshimoto's too...it's genetic in our case, Synthroid keeps me sane, and a hysterectomy took care of the heavy periods which wound up being severe endometriosis...So go see your Gyno, you need the expert!  They'll be able to tell  you what the rash is right away...I feel for you, I've had to sit on ice, I took benadryl, anything to keep the itching at bay.

Hope it works out well for you.

Dear Egypt,
It is very inspiring to read your post on how you found ways to fight the rashes and the Hashimoto.
It would be great if you can update us know, more than a year later on the status of your antibodies and if you need to continue with the Chinese medicine (or anything else) in order to keep them down.

Many thanks and all the best! --Orna
